Made from Sustainably Farmed Grapes Grown In Northern California & aged for two years in 100% new French Oak, Medium Toast, “Elovaters” exclusive barrels. Only 21 cases were made and it is absolutely their best wine to date - which is saying a lot considering the production of their wines are of the highest standard.
